Great property manager and location. The apartment is set out well but a couple of things really let it down. The light between the blinds is very annoying. However the worst was the bathroom, the toilet is right up against the shower so you cant sit straight on the toilet. Also a tiny towel rail on a huge wall! Makes no sense, can't dry your towels

Great location. We were allowed to check in earlier. Very clean. I would totally recommend it.

Had a wonderful stay but noise from others was an inconvenience to a family were only ones with a child in building , washing machine moulding and stunk not cleaned thoroughly, more of a fancy backpackers , shops in area A1 customer service and care .

Excellent property

Property was in excellent condition, very modern and all facilities in excellent condition. The property was very clean and in a great location. Would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again

Difficulty parking. Got $200 fine. Some drainage problems in the bathroom.
No extra pillows or blankets .
Only given 2 towels for three days for three people.
Felt intimidated if I asked for anything.
The key deposit was a rip-off.
Otherwise, very clean safe with great storage and all the necessities for a comfortable stay .

we're sorry that you got $200 parking fine, but you have parked illegally and it's not our responsibility,
No one asked us for extra pillows or any blankets or towels for that matter.
The security deposit meant to cover any charges associated with the booking such as credit card surcharge and cleaning fee as stated clearly on our policy, so in our opinion it's not fair to call it a rip-off.
We have had so many guests in this room and never had a problem with the drainage.

Publié le 9 janv. 2020 sur HotelsWhen I used Hotels.com to book this accommodation I thought I was booking a hotel, not a non branded apartment in a small block. The apartment was spotless and the bed very comfortable. The downside was that we were on the ground floor and were woken by the upstairs guests returning between 3 and 4 am. The door to the apartment has a 2 inch gap between the door and the floor. I'm sure a noise stopper could be installed so as to reduce the noise and also the light from coming underneath. Not that close to the beach but an ideal location for us.
