Reliable, clean, efficient

Very clean hotel with spacious, comfortable rooms. Good bed and good showers - sound proofing of the doors could be a tad better and there could be more sockets/USB entries, but apart from that a well appointed hotel, with friendly staff, a nice pool and gym area located a few minutes walk from many of Sydney's sites and easily accessible from the airport or by public transportation.

Accueil très froid et indélicat: l'hôtesse d'accueil n'a pas réussi à trouver notre réservation pourtant effectuée sur le site 3 mois auparavant et nous n'avons pas pu effectuer un Check in avant 15h00. Bon point: nos bagages étaient dans la chambre à notre arrivée. Point négatif: le minibar n'avait pas etait vérifié et une bouteilleétait restée à moitié consommée par le client précédent. Chambre magnifique et décoration design. Situation exceptionnelle à 2 pas de Darling Harbour. Un spa de belle qualité dommage que le sauna est été en travaux. Cet hotel reste cher rapport qualité prix.

Well located, walkable to everything. Nice shopping and dining experience around property. Employees are super friendly. The most important thing is that the suite is really spacious!

The reception desk staff were unfriendly - the suite was ill-equipped for a short stay, no in-room service for late arrivals, and nowhere to buy food in a safe nearby vicinity. The bed was uncomfortable, and no bottled water was available on arrival.
