too much noise made by a drunk guest at night - had to wait 25 minutes till his show ended in the corridor

Thanks for your feedback. I am so sorry that your experience at Larmont Sydney was disturbed by the actions of another guest. Once the staff were made aware of this complaint we took immediate action to resolve the issue and minimise any further disturbances. While rare unfortunately sometimes we do have to take steps to correct behaviour of other guests to stop any impact on others, which can be difficult but is always resolved as quickly as possible. I hope you can accept my sincere apologies for this impacting your stay and I hope that you do give Larmont Sydney another chance to experience a peaceful and uninterrupted stay. Property was convenient, close to a lot of amenities, room was spacious and clean. The toiletries were gorgeous and the staff were friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful stay, would come again.
