Séjour parfait!

Parfaite localisation. Superbe décor dans une ancienne usine remise à jour.
Le minibar gratuit, le 5@6 au bar inclus aussi et plein de belles petites attentions ont fait de notre séjour un succès sur toute la ligne. Notre endroit de prédilection dès notre retour à Sydney!!!

Très bel hotel boutique. Nous avions une chambre sur deux niveaux séparant le coin détente et la chambre, permettant ainsi de profiter confortablement du mini bar offert gratuitement... Personnel sympa, restaurant intéressant et accès facile à pied aux principaux lieux touristiques.

Changed for the Worse
Publié le 22 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThe Woolstore has changed owners and what was once a pleasant place for us to stay turned into a very poor venue. We were given a room on the first floor (which I believe was not the queen room we paid for) and as it was situated right above the speakers for the non functioning restaurant sleep was next to impossible.
When checking out this issue was reported to staff who explained it in terms of the change of ownership, a most unsatisfactory response. At the time we hadn’t checked the receipt to discover that we had been downgraded, we will pursue this via a separate email to the management.
Given this experience we will look for alternative accommodation options when we travel to Sydney in the future.
