Linen's were dirty, the aircon unit was filthy and blowing in absolutely dirty dusty air so much that we couldn't use the heat in the middle of winter. So we were cold and coughing from the dust. I would not stay there again

Basin Hot/Cold were reversed i.e. not normal and didn't match Red/Blue indicators. Bed under not high enough bunk, caused bump of head when forgetting and sitting up.
