Fast efficient check in to room. Would have liked a bit simpler meals for late dinner (especially with children) eg bowl of chips/chicken nuggets or toasted sandwich

I have stayed here probably roughly a dozen times give or take. Staff is very professional & helpful! One of the management(Lynnette) remembered me from past stays. She went above & beyond to help me print some travel documents I needed as well as looked up information for local shopping needs I had.
Last night apon check-in there was a young Asian women( that claimed she was a international student) yelling and screaming at staff. She Threw a large glass plant bowl that also contained rocks & marbles, across the Check in desk at one of the clerks and shattered it all over the area. She continued to threaten 2 staff members as well as making approximently 8-10 guests trying to check in, very uncomfortable. The Staff kept their composure while they continued to assist the guests. The police were eventually called and the women was removed. I was very impressed how professional the staff was thought the incident.
