Bathroom was a plastic module in the corner of the room- not very user friendly with a big step up.

The lady who greeted us was perfect. Friendly and professional, but relaxed enough to make us feel welcome.
There were some issues ordering room service. The number we were given, took us to the main call centre, where the call centre guy was terribly incompetent.
But the actual hotel experience was perfect.

Staff friendly and convenient location. Good dining options in house and nearby. Comfortable bed. For the price its good value. Only negative is paying $10 for parking feels ridiculous as its not a secure carpark and plenty of parking within walking distance.
