Bon hôtel de qualité mais bruyant

Cet établissement est bien situé pour découvrir les Blues Mountains et dispose de services satisfaisants (Laverie gratuite, petit déjeuner inclus) mais s'avère bruyant (Mauvaise insonorisation entre chambres communicantes)

Checkout staff member was nice, but when I checked in I was treated with cold indifference. The electronic key to my room failed in the morning, meaning I had to run up and down stairs three or four times getting a new one and then getting a staff member to come up and let me into the room. Breakfast: staff member cleared away my food and full cuppa in the 2 minutes I took to get something extra to eat. Clean, tidy, safe, lovely outlook from the room, but the whole vibe of the place was pretty cold.

We were welcomed by the local Magpie family who were very friendly, we have one at our home in Menai, it was great. The room staff & continental breakfast were all good. We will be back. Patrice & Ian.

Nice weekend outing for us, property is nice, clean, comfortable and has parking. Close to shops - short drive and nice mountain surroundings

The stays is more or less proportional to the cost however, the Internet did not work and after a handful of visits to the office and being deflected with incorrect answers, we had to use our own mobiles to create hotspots to do some work we needed to complete.
