The Sisterhood stay at Orchard Cottage
We enjoyed our stay immensely, we were a group of ten mature ladies who like to getaway & relax, laugh, eat, drink & generally have some us time. The house was situated just out of the bustling Leura, close enough to enjoy the shopping, cafes & sites. Our only negative would be the lounge was not very comfortable for us old ducks, everything else was superb. Thank you Carol

AMAZING JUST AMAZING!
We booked to stay and hold our wedding here and it could not have been more perfect! The house was like something out of a magazine and as the most amazing backdrop for our ceremony. All our friends and family commented all weekend on how beautiful the house was. We had about 40 people attend our small wedding, about half adults and half kids, the kids loved running around in the backyard and the adults relaxed on the deck and in the backyard. The kitchen was fitted out with everything we and our caters could need, this house really had it all! If you are planning a family getaway or planning your wedding, this house will not disappoint. The owners were also very responsive whenever we had questions leading up to our stay and the amazing cleaner even was kind enough to post back some small belongings we left behind. Thank you to them for allowing us to use this space/house for our wedding and allowing us to create these wonderful memories!

Amazing venue
We booked orchard cottage for our small wedding (approximately 30 guests) and it couldn't have been more perfect. Carol was very communicative and accommodating and the house was absolutely beautiful. We stayed with family for a few nights and everything was clean and comfortable, and we had everything we needed. Would book again in a heartbeat!

Exceeded expectations
Everything about this property was perfection! A short walk to the main shops, beautiful large backyard and comfortable living area and bedrooms. The house was so well-equipped with everything we needed, especially for entertaining our guests. We even had a check-in phone call from the housekeeper when there was a mini earthquake in the area. A Little Leura Luxury.
This could be a very short and sweet review by saying the house, location and inclusions are fabulous and that would be enough for you to know but Orchard Cottage deserves a little more. There were only two of us but this would be a perfect house for a family or a group of friends. The living area is spacious and comfortable with wide views into the extremely large backyard which would be heaven for younger kids - whom you can supervise from the covered outdoor setting with a glass of wine! Everything you could possibly need in a kitchen is provided and there was a lovely welcome gift of wine, sparkling water and chocolate. Bathrooms are stocked with beautiful products and beds are the perfect firmness! It was a gorgeous place to come home to at the end of a day’s activities and it would definitely be out go-to choice for any further visits to the area.

Gorgeous mountains home
We loved our time in this home. Everywhere we looked felt like a photo opportunity. Our host Carol was absolutely lovely to deal with and went the extra mile to make the stay special, from the bedding to the bathroom ammenities to the welcome gift on arrival. Luxury in Leura
Orchard Cottage in Leura is an absolutely beautiful place to stay. We had a delightful four day visit and really enjoyed the indulgent inclusions and generous extras. The beds were divine as were the heated bathroom floors. Just a short walk to Leura Mall means easy access to restaurants, cafes, specialist shops and a supermarket. Carol is an exceptionally generous host and a great communicator. We will definitely be back to soak up more of this luxuriously appointed and generously presented home.

The property was beautiful, the kitchen was amazing and we could all fit around the table for meals together. The backyard was great for the grandchildren to run around and play games. It was close to shops and a short drive from all the tourist attractions.

Perfect House for our Stay
We spent 4 days in Leura to scatter Mums ashes and celebrate her life. Family came from around the country for this occasion, and we rented 2 houses close to each other to accommodate everyone. As Orchard Cottage was the larger house, the family gatherings happened here. Orchard Cottage was perfect for this, with the large open plan lounge, dining and kitchen providing plenty of space. The house is stunning - very tastefully decorated, light and bright with great ambiance and positioned on a large block within walking distance of Leura Mall. The kitchen is very well appointed to allow easy entertaining, which we did every day. Carol was a pleasure to deal with through the booking and pre-arrival process and answered any questions I had promptly. The tray with wine and goodies on arrival was a lovely touch. We would highly recommend this house for anyone wanting to stay in Leura.

Delightful home for a group
Beautiful home, tastefully decorated with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an amazing open plan kitchen/living area leading into a covered deck and a huge backyard. I had kitchen envy as did all of our guests! Open fireplace and massive wood fired pizza oven out the back. Carol the owner was just wonderful in accomodating our needs and we will be definitely returning. A perfect place for getting together with family and friends and also very close to the Leura main centre.

Amazing experience
This is the house to stay in at the mountains attention to detail like no other, check in was so smooth. From the moment you enter the driveway every attention to detail from the finishes in the bedrooms , to the bathrooms and wow what an amazing kitchen. This is the perfect house for a family getaway kid friendly don’t need to bring much as most things are provided for you even down to a hair straightener, cannot compliment this house and hostess enough it will not disappoint

A Delightful Stay
Our small wedding (20 guests) was held indoors in this beautiful home. Intimate and stylish with plenty of space for guests and no need for the celebrant to use a PA system. Pet friendly with quiet neighbours and a good sized patio and garden. Close to Leura town centre. We can recommend Orchard Cottage for any small, special events.

Fabulous property beautifully decorated and maintain
We spent 5 days in Leura with 11 (!?) members of our family and the house was absolutely beautiful. The presentation when we arrived was immaculate and house proved to be perfectly located for our hiking and culinary exploration of the Blue Mountains. The well-stocked kitchen motivated us to do a surprising amount of cooking at home. We enjoyed a night of pizzas with the outdoor pizza oven, warmed up delicious quiches from the local Leura bakery and consumed an unholy amount of fresh and delicious local fruit. We loved the house and will be back again.

Magnificent!
This house is just spectacular in every way Comfortable beds, beautifully decorated, amazing kitchen that is very well stocked. Big outdoor spaces with deck and pizza oven, great TV, stereo, fireplace and big lounge area and dining table. Highly recommended.

Fantastic wedding spot
We stayed here for 2 nights with friends. We had a wedding and reception, including catering at the house. About 25 people attended. The house is absolutely stunning, and even bigger than photos and videos suggest. It is clean and well maintained. The beds were really comfy and the blockout curtains are great. The little details (e.g. soap, decor, etc.) were just lovely and added a little extra luxury. Everyone raved about the house, from the front to back! You will definitely have return visitors, as well as new ones!
