Publié le 10 févr. 2020 sur HotelsJai réservée une seule nuit au départ via Hotel.com et jai obtenus des gratuités fortes interressantes grace à mon statut Membre VIP Gold dont une bouteille de vin par séjour. Jai donc prolongé mon séjour et le tout, sans avoir besoin de quitter ma chambre et retourner à la reception, ce qui m'a permis de faire la grasse matinée.
Jai profiter du service de livraison de nourriture offert en collaboration avec leur partenaire Deliveroo, rapide simple et avec une belle variété de menus disponibles. Un bon dejeuner chaud est offert le matin dans la grande salle vitré ainsi que des boissons fraiches et du vrai bon café.
Propre, securitaire et convivial, ma chambre etait spacieuse et confortable.

Staff were polite, friendly and very helpful. Room was clean, tidy and comfortable. Would definately stay again.

The staff were amazing so friendly and helpful however they were short staff. Our Fridge wasn’t turned on and we didn’t realise leaving our food and drinks in it. To only realise the next day that it wasn’t turned on at the power point. Our toilet seat was broken and our air conditioner didn’t work well the room was very hot.
However the breakfast was very good.
