The room was perfect for what we wanted (4 guests, including 1 couple). Amazing dining options all within walking distance.

Paid extra for a balcony room. Unfortunately, the street light beams in through the glass door to the balcony, lighting up the room like a light house. The adjacent room had thick curtains to combat this however room 106 does not. This coupled with excessive street noise made for very little sleep. The carpet was quite soiled and scribble all over the walls. A very disappointing stay.

I left my hooded top and called the next day but didn’t seem to know much. I said the cleaner would have probably found it. Didn’t hear back

It was nice and private and close to everything staff are very good and so is there service just wish they had parking

Good location and convenient to transport but there was still rubbish in the bin in the bathroom, There were two bedside lamps, neither of which worked and one didn't even have a globe in it. Music was still keeping me awake at 2:30 am.

No parking is a pain lights out in bathroom check in was a long wait at a crowded bar people pushing past while loaded up with luggage and the bar had a very unpleasant aroma

Stay here at your own risk. Toilet seat broken, toilet paper roll holder broken. Fridge stunk. Cigarette burns on the doonah. Stains on the carpet. More specifically the room 116 that I was booked in) was abysmal. Upon arrival on Saturday 3rd August 2024 the room was not ready for check in at 2pm (though was already on site by 1:45pm) and was asked to wait until it is ready. At 2pm I asked for an ETA and the duty manager replies with: 'Just waiting on the police to clear the room" whatever that means was still a mystery. At 2:20pm we are given another room to stay in instead of our booked one (similar layout). On Sunday after lunch a stranger with a swipe card opens my hotel room and comes inside after swiping my door. The duty manager issued two different customers access to the same hotel room that I was in. So having an old man with a suit case walk into my room while I was completely naked was something completely beyond words. I called the hotel reception and spoke to the duty manager and his reply to the whole incident was it was "Little mistake". Asked for another room and was told none available and that I was welcomed to check in on another hotel if I wanted to instead of staying there. I requested to speak to the licensee and was told.by the same duty manager that the licensee was not available and that he would leave a note for them to contact me when on site next. Matter is under resolution for me. If you decide to stay here expect the unexpected.
