Not great overall
Publié le 4 oct. 2024 sur HotelsBathroom was dated and a bit smelly. King bed was two singles pushed together. Food area sink was blocked. Behind the bed was extremely dusty. Parking access was convenient and straightforward.

A good stay, but wanted the room sparkling.
Publié le 13 sept. 2024 sur HotelsI think the room needed a bit more attention to detail with cleanliness, it was clean but i could see it needed a bit more spit and polish. The carpet needed a shampoo. There is a sort of a smell that smells like old croissants. Perhaps a air freshener would help. The bed was very comfortable, happy with the level of noise which was zero. Good stay but needs that sparkling clean look.

レイトチェックアウトの際、電話をかけなければ、鍵を入手することができない。海外の客が滞在することを想定しておらず、ホテルのサービスとしてはかなり不足がある。価格から言えばホテル並みではある。こうしたシンプルな形のサービスで十分な客もいると思うが、サービスが限定的であることをより開示した方が良いように思った。

Not a good choice.

No one to complain to. Reception closed at 5.30 and all staff disappears.
Had to call a central number to get Wi-Fi code.

On arrival we were confronted with a sur-charge for the secure parking. Last year this did occur. This was entirely unexpected

Reception closes at 530pm but there was no communication about this. We had to ring the number on the door before we could be checked in. We weren’t given the wifi password. The room was comfortable but in need of modernising.
