It was ok. The walls are paper thin, so you can hear the next room. Tiny bathroom, poorly designed shower, water leaked onto floor from a bad design of bathroom. Unfortunately these aren’t quick and cheap fixes. So I guess they are stuck with that. Front of house/reception staff extremely nice and friendly. House keeping staff left the dirty linen and rubbish on the floor in hallways after they had finished the floor. That’s a fire and health and safety hazard. Would I stay here again… probabaly not. Also the pillows were so uncomfortable.

I stayed 4 nights. Very easy to Light rail and train station. Staffs were friendly. Room is small but works for myself. I paid good price.

Water leakage and quite bad soundproof
Publié le 28 juill. 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel is nicely located, less than a minute's walk from the train station. The room is quite new. However, the shower and toilet are terrible.
The water pressure in the shower is very weak so the shower wasn't comfy. Besides, the shower is only half covered by a glass wall, so the leakage is horrible. The bathroom is basically soaked wet every time after showers, which was unpleasant and inconvenient.
Besides, there's a reflux problem in the toilet bowl, there were times we saw 'things' refluxed after flushing the toilet. We had to make sure we flushed twice at least and waited (but sometimes will still saw reflux the next morning, though)
The soundproofing of the rooms was quite bad, too. You could hear people hanging their showerheads or the sound from the TV from next week.
