Publié le 18 août 2017 sur HotelsNous sommes arrivées pour une nuit, le 30/07/2017. A notre arrivée, il m'a été demandé de verser une caution de 50 euros, avec ma carte bancaire. Le lendemain, nous sommes partis et nous avons laissé la chambre sans aucun problème. 3 jours après, j'ai constaté sur mon compte un débit de 50 et des frais 1,05e, à l'ordre de First Stirlin. J'ai immédiatement contacté Hotel.Com, des recherches ont été faites et ce service m'a répondu que je devais être remboursé sous 15 jours. Nous sommes le 18/08/2017 et je n'ai pas été remboursé, donc je suis très mécontent !.

I more than likely won't return. The hotel has 8 on-site restaurants listed, but upon arrival I found out all 8 of those are more than a half a mile away from the property. The staff ignored to do not disturb sign on the door multiple times throughout my stay. The carpets in the hallways are covered in stains, though they said that they're in the middle of renovations so in the future that may change. It's listed as having soundproof rooms but I could hear just about every noise in the hallway and from outside, I was on the 8th floor and I could hear dogs barking on the ground and from outside, I was on the 8th floor and I could hear dogs barking on street. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall I had an average experience, I think next time I'll just stick with going to the Branksome though, it's in the same area and price range and had much better amenities and facilities. This hotel doesn't seem much like a luxury hotel, it's more like an old apartment building in the process of becoming a hotel. I had much higher expectations from the listing
