We stayed in the heritage room, easy access and very big. Upstairs bedroom, very unique, although dated it suited the look. Loved it 1 min walk to a variety of resturants.

This property is an excellent option for people cruising from the Overseas Passenger Terminal. There are quite a few restaurants and bars within walking distance and a mini mart for those items you forgot to pack. The one bedroom balcony apartments have views of the Opera House.

Great location for any tourist. The room was good, but the furniture was a bit dated. The staff were very nice. The pool area was not inviting. Ceramic tile were missing. The area needed a good power washing. But, though the place needed some updating, I’d easily choose to stay there again.

If ur travelling in the city with ur family and looking for hotel to stay I highly recommend this hotel save u from eating dine in outside because the room has own kitchen and u can cook healthy meals for ur family Cole’s is just 15min walk form it.

This hotel is pretty basic. A lot more than I thought it would be when I booked it. However the staff were amazing, very kind and helpful, that made up for its plain Jane. We loved the location in the rocks

The property is in a great location for everything. Unfortunately the images on the website have been edited drastically. Our room was less than standard quality. And expensive for what it is. The pool area was decayed and half closed. The furniture is from the 80’s, very loud fridge and air con making loud noises all throughout the night. The manhole where aircon is was all decayed and rotten held up by a screw. Floor in dining room was peeled, flaked and rotted. I have never left a bad review and have travelled around hundreds of motels. I just couldn’t let this one go. From the price we paid I’m assuming The owners have plenty of money to do some repairs or refurbishment now as it’s beyond repair. Very disappointing as this was a special trip for a 4Oth birthday and was as if we were in a backpackers dorm, but paid a premium.

Just don’t!

You are paying for the location and that’s it! The terrace rooms are very tired. Bathrooms are filthy and old. The exhaust fan has dust all over it THICK, the drains are all rusted, the shower was filthy. The bed side tables and closet doors don’t close properly and are old. The pool area looked gross, the pavers are coming up and splash you with dirt when they are wet. The spa doesn’t work and looks horrendous, obviously not fixing it anytime and the pool area is warped. You are literally paying for the location, the property is junk. I just bought brand new earrings from the weekend and the cleaners have either stolen or misplaced 1 off the bedside table where I left them. No offer to return my money to replace them, literally missing after our room was cleaned. Why are they touching guests property. I wouldn’t stay here again if I was paid to!

Great location, tired property

Fantastic location for Circular Quay if you are catching a cruise ship or a ferry. The property itself is quite dated and there were building works opposite our room which started at 7am.

Easy access to Circular Quay for a cruise ship walk with suitcases. Staff very friendly. Room dated but clean. Couldn’t work out how to have aircon on at night, as the hall light would stay on so a bit warm during the night. Would stay again though. A supermarket just at the end of the street.
