Good base location on Hume Hwy, to visit friends. Room was spacious, clean and reasonably modern. Good (cozy) heating. Comfortable bed. Bath shower a bit cumbersome. Good parking availability.

Ventilation system noisy and had to change rooms. High traffic noise from Hume Hwy. Rooms need updating; they still have the shower over the bath and shower curtains making the bathroom a slip hazard
