The location is incredible but it’s the staff that really makes this a superior hotel. Just walk down to circular quay for a morning stroll and grab a coffee at the buffet.

The magnificent view of Sydney Harbour is wonderful & made my stay unforgettable. Apart from that, the net curtains in my bedroom were dirty. The carpet was dirty also. The owners of this hotel have applied to demolish the hotel & erect another building on this site. They are therefore putting off refurbishment & the hotel has lost some of its former glory.
