We love how close it is to everything shops theatre train station trams restaurants we always love our stays at the Capitol Hotel and the beds are so comfy

Poor signage when entering hotel. Once reception finally found, poor signage to hotel room. No upgrades for Expedia customers, was told that Expedia have already upgraded me. Only given one free drink. Menu was basic. No free to air TV. Housekeeping offer taken up but ‘new terms and conditions’ popped up. Overall, would avoid

Good evening, Steve,Thank you for the feedback provided. I'm sorry that your stay wasn't ideal. I'm sorry that we were not able to upgrade you, per Expedia's terms and conditions we provided the complimentary VIP drink. We also provided you with a late-checkout at 12PM, complimentary when we were fully booked. Regarding the skipping Housekeeping offer, our terms and conditions have been updated, but this is clearly stated on offers page. Secondly, we honored the previous Housekeeping offer for you as a return guest, we also accommodated this after your departure so you could dine in the restaurant so its disappointing to hear this was not appreciated from your end.
