Pour : Bien situé et tranquillité dans l'hôtel.
Contre : Mettre des escaliers en métal pour les capsule car ça craque trop ainsi que les murs extérieurs.
J'ai très bien été accueillie. On m'a bien conseillée pour mon séjour à Sydney.
Tranquillité dans l'hôtel.
Coin salon et cuisine disponible.
Bonne connection wi-fi.
Lit confortable.
Le seul hic c'est que ça craque et ça réveille les autres.
Le fait de ne pas avoir de serviette pour la douche gratuitement est aussi un point négatif.
Sinon j'ai bien aimé mon séjour dans cet hôtel près de tout.

Have to pay for the towel
Publié le 26 févr. 2018 sur ExpediaHave to pay for the towels. The tv/media system is totally useless (nothing is programmed)! The capsules crack and are not isolated. With an annoying sound of motor every 5 secondes.
Chose this hotel only for the price.

Thank you for your review. We sincerely apologies for the inconvenience regarding the noise and the TV. We are in the process of changing the TV and it will take quite awhile. Since we are located right in the middle of the CBD area which is always busy night and day the noise from the outside most likely unavoidable but we provide the ear plug if needed. You can just come to reception to get one. We hope that we will still see you again in the future.

Publié le 19 oct. 2024 sur HotelsLoved the capsule. Was very private and clean. It has great little amenities like good lighting, mirror, charges, air con and reduces the noise which is the biggest issue in hotels.

Only complaint is that it is very hard to find as it is on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th floors and a tiny sign that doesn’t stand out in any way. Oh and the elevator is absolutely the slowest elevator of all time. Apparently bc it’s old it’s considered “heritage” and so they can’t do much to it- including making it any faster than ~5 or so minutes to get to any floor. Overall, clean, well kept, and comfortable

Apart from the capsule being a little thin (can hear noises outside), the accommodation was tidy and comfortable. Excellent staff service and located right at next to Sydney Town Hall. Highly recommended.

Only recommend if you want the minimum. Its a shame because if it was in its prime it would be an amazing place but here are the cons.
Dont rely on the lockers if you are travelling with expensive stuff it doesn't take much pull to break the lock off, thats not to much of a worry because the lockers are around other people. In your locker they have nice bedding and a towel but the towel is like 4 bucks to use and to use thier washing machine and dryer its 4 bucks but you need cash for them. On the website it says the capsule comes with a safe and it does but they dont know the combination to them. The capsules them selfs arnt too bad... For me anyway the mattress is sorta thin im 80ish kg and i felt the floor a little bit. The capsules are made of plastic so there is duct tape somewhere placed in the capsule. It is somewhat sound proof the only things i heard was the outside and people either sneezing or coughing i didnt hear snoring so it isnt to bad. Overall there is dust everywhere you cant see eg on the shower head in on the capsule roof grooves. The capsule do have vents but they are noisy on full blast but they do help though i wouldn't like to use a capsule during summer i went during October and it wasn't that bad. Have to leave shoes outside or in locker so dont take expensive shoes.alright now the shower it isnt well ventilated if you go in after someone else its going to be humid there is only a window with a small gap.

CBD located for good access.
Publié le 5 oct. 2024 sur HotelsPerfectly fine place to stay. In the heart of the CBD so lots going on. Capsules provide some privacy. They are quite cheeky and loud, and the mattress a bit thin. Overall it’s fine. Would stay again.
