What a (re)treat

Best Studio in the Royal National Park
We had an amazing stay at Alex! The Studio is very private, with garden views, a lot of natural light and Alex's attention to details made our stay the best weekend away. Everything is brand new, beautiful and well thought of... the bathroom poducts were great too! The location is perfect, quiet and close to the walks and surf beaches. Highly recommended!!

A peaceful oasis
The garden studio is exactly as described on the site. It’s the most wonderful accommodation to stay if you want peace and tranquility. The interior is beautiful and the host has thought of every little detail to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The garden is a haven with an abundance of birdlife. Nice place to stay
Great place to stay, host was great, gave us a welcome note as well as some chocolates. Pantry had a few things too to help make the stay more comfortable like tea, coffee, salt, pepper and sauces. May have been a typo, there was “hot tub” listed on the stayz site but no hot tub but didn’t matter, we just went to the beach. Very pleasant stay and also convenient to have a washer and dryer. Would definitely recommend this place.

Just lovely!
We had a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The house is gorgeous and our hostess, Alex was beyond kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with. When staying, explore the little beach town of Bundeena. It is so cute! We also recommend the Audley Cafe. Their food is like works of art! We cannot gush enough over this little piece of heaven. Thank you, Alex for hosting us.

Everything you need to escape the city
My husband & I enjoyed a 2 night stay. It is a modern, comfortable and cute studio. Everything you need is there for a getaway. Plenty of books to enjoy, smart tv with many viewing choices. So clean and well appointed and expertly decorated. Loved it.

Loved it so much, had to come back!
This is our second time at Alex's studio, and we enjoyed it as much as we did the first time. The studio felt homey and very well designed. Lots of amenities and appliances in the home, and in a very good location to the Royal National Park. Definitely suggest staying at Alex's studio, we will definitely be coming back!

Quiet, peaceful and relaxing
In through the grey gate to a lush garden with outdoor seating and lights. You enter the Garden Studio to a modern, light, spacious and well-equipped studio. Fisherman's Bay is just a short walk away and it's fun to walk out on the mud flats at low tide. Bundeena is a 10min drive where the beaches are sandy and the water clean. Alex was very helpful, and we were impressed with her selection on books. A Great place to stay.
