Posted Jul. 18, 2024 on HotelsA truly world-class hotel. The staff are extraordinary. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the horse racing theme is elegant and interesting. A wonderful restaurant and bar.
I travel worldwide and this is one of my favorite hotels. The view over the stables is beautiful. Waking up to a view watching horses train on the track at sunrise is beautiful.

Amazing hotel with minor hiccup.

I only have one negative critique and that is check-in. I booked through Hotels.com and have never had issues in the nearly 100+ hotel bookings I have had over the last 10+ years. This is the first time at check-in the concierge didn't recognise one of my rooms and made check-in very difficult. I was travelling in a group of 4 and had to essentially share a 2 person room for a night before they were able to correct this issue, which they blamed on 'third-party' booking sites. Other than this, the hotel is amazing.
