We could not have asked for a better stay. The tour guides were amazing and being able to see koalas from our room is something we are grateful to have had the chance to expérience.

The staff were amazing. First-class facility in such a pristine, stunning setting. Me-Gal restaurant for dinner is a “must do”!

This was a wonderful hotel. Great staff and service. Unfortunately we had animal view rooms, but the koala never moved by the windows of either of our rooms. One suggestion would be more food options for kids on the menu.

An amazing unique experience. Amazing access to animals and animal experiences. Luxury surrounds. Fanastic staff. Breathtaking views of Sydney Harbour. Support support animal conservation while while staying in luxury accommodation. Easy access to fine dining with million dollar views of Sydney Harbour. Highly recommended.

Check in was quick and efficient. We arrived at 12.00 and was pleasantly surprised that our room was ready. The room was comfortable and clean. Access into the Zoo was via your room key and the retreat had its own entry so you could come and go as you pleased.
We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend a stay.

Publié le 11 sept. 2024 sur HotelsIt is a resort hotel near the city in Mosman. The service and environment are much better and comfortable than the 5 stars hotel in the inner city.
We book an ordinary room since We could not book the animal room online. We are so lucky we can upgrade to the animal room without cost.
There are 2 koralas we can see from our room. The young one is very active in the morning and walk between 3 trees to search the fresh leaves for breakfast. It is the first I see korala walks and I never forget this moment.
The large lounge is semi-circle, and we can see the harbour bridge and opera house. We are so relaxing and comfortable by sitting both inside and outside. We spend most of time there （dust and after fine dinner） at the first day of arrival. The view is stunning, and birds are flying just in front of you.
The Zoo is well maintained, and we have 2-day pass which is connect with the resort hotel. We can go in and out by many times through a special entrance. I and my young adult daughter enjoy the day very much.
There is something need to be aware if you have big bags or immobility. All the lifts are not working, form the Taronga wharf up to the main hotel entrance. I can see people carry the baby chairs struggle with the steps and deep slope.
Taking ferry from circular quay is extremely convenient. 2 ferries per hour and it takes about 25mins ride.
