This was a great getaway location for a few nights, towels, linen etc. provided. unfortunately it was a bit messy upon entrance, but we cleaned and felt more comfortable. the room we were in had no kitchen sink or dishwashing liquid, brush etc. so while we did mostly eat our own food, it is a good idea to stay here and plan to eat out. we did our washing up in the bathroom sink. the water gets extremely hot!! fast!! but once the temperature is adjusted the shower and sink are great. definitely would like to come back despite it all. beautiful property, so close to the grocers and café and more. we went to st albans on our way home and that was beautiful too.

There didn’t appear to be a laundry, and as I fell in the mud I really needed one!!

Bathroom was a bit dated and needs a good clean around the window. Stay was comfortable though.

The reception staff were extremely helpful & friendly
