Room was very clean.. Wasn’t any light wen electric went .. We didn’t get what we booked for ..

Frauding in many ways

It was not so good.. Because i purchased family suits with prepaid payments. They completely denied about my booking firstly. But they gave me just a tiny standard couple room and overcharged 1600 bdt more than prepaid payments. Completely dissatisfied and angry for their fraud business.

Looks like a hotel, feels like a pretend hotel

Astoundingly loud location and the room had zero insulation from the street noise. The bed was rock hard (though that’s not uncommon for Bangladesh), nearly zero water pressure and fuzzy TV channels. The “airport shuttle” listed in the amenities is actually a 20x over-priced taxi they arrange and bill you for after - cost almost as much as the room... and zero room for negotiation despite the fact that it was a totally non-transparent expense. The breakfast buffet was nice enough with Bangla fare. Room service was quick and decent, again for the Bangla food.
