I tried to reschedule this stay due to the effects of Hurricane Helene. I was told Expedia could not contact the hotel. So I was charged 100 percent of the reservation cost by Expedia, even though we never stayed there. In this area near Sylva all the schools were closing, and they were expecting major flooding. I would not use Expedia. Hilton let me change my reservation when the weather became bad there too, and we were able to drive back to GA. Use Hilton Honors not Expedia.

I am sorry Expedia would not let you cancel however the weather forecast for rain storms and flooding have been on the news for weeks now and if you had called to cancel yesterday it would have been free but this was not due to the hotels policies but the 3rd party but the review left is a reflection of the hotel not the 3rd party.

Breakfast was great. Many selections. Hot tub was cleaning and working well. Hotel looked new or recently refurbished. Staff was friendly.

It was ok. The room never really got to my temperature comfort level. Had several issues with the TV but the maintenance tech was kind and resolved the issues in my room.

3rd time staying here, while visiting my daughter. Very close to Cullowhee and surrounding areas. Would recommend always.
