The property definitely has potential but needs work. They updated the furniture itself and the stuff inside the rooms but the property itself, the room we stayed in the ceiling panels were wet. The ceiling panels were pushed up instead of placed down In the correct spot. The outside area isn’t taken care of.

The room was spacious, clean, and the beds were VERY comfy. The hotel is across the street from the beach. About a 5 min walk. It was about an 8 minute walk to Harpoon Eddies and the Casino. There used to be a restaurant/bar in front of the hotel, but it is closed and for sale. That was the only thing we were disappointed in. The management was AMAZING. I would recommend this property to everyone!

Looked very cute online but in person was in desperate need of repairs. The room was very musty and there were spots on ceiling that appeared to be mold and/or mildew. By morning we were feeling the effect of being enclosed in the room that had only antique wall unit air conditioning. The bathroom was ill equipped with rags rather than towels that were not much larger than a bath mat. This matched the shower size that was only large enough to accommodate child-size individuals. Not a chance my husband would have been able to shower there. Basic amenities such as paper towels, napkins, dish soap were not provided in the kitchenette. Beautiful pictures of the attached restaurant are posted on the website however restaurant is permanently closed (apparently for quite some time) and is dilapidated, for sale, and severely impacts the aesthetics of the property. Check in receipt indicated that payment needed to be collected from guest but room was charged to credit card more than a week prior to arriving. No personnel onsite at check out time to communicate with.

We would have gladly moved rooms to accommodate any issue if this was brought to our attention while here. Payment is due 15 days prior to your stay that is stated on our cancelation policy. We hope to see you back again. We do have an answering service to help with any issues guests might have.

Stay here 1 -2 times a year for business Always liked this place but this year it’s looking a little tired Small things needing repair Not saying I won’t stay again but close to 200 dollars they need to put a little TLC into it

Stayed with 6, staff reached out to me day of with clear instructions no confusion at all. Walkable distance to the beach and on site parking. Good spot

This used to be one of my favorite spots, but the bar and restaurant are for sale and closed, rooms are in sorry meed of repair, no staff to be fou d anywhere and when I called all I got was “sorry we are at a different property right now”. $150 that I will never see again, I will never stay here again, better off sleeping in my car, stay away.

I'm sorry to hear you were not happy. We were off season so I'm not in the office all day. We are available by phone 7 days a week. I hope you will come stay this summer.
