The staff was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They were welcoming ,explained the room features and where to find something to eat. The room waS very clean and not stuffy. My room was a spacious suuite for a local hotel. They exceeded my expectations.

We were given a room someone else (evidently) didn't approve. Tired after a 71/2 hour drive, we didn't want to get into a hassle and just took it for the night. Won't go back

Need to clean bathrooms and rooms better including walls, doors and baseboards.
