Nice house but Uncomfortable
Publié le 30 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house was very nice. Everything was good. The only thing the couch and chairs were very hard for you to sit. They were both uncomfortable , you could only sit for a little while

I’m sorry that you were not pleased with luxury couches and chairs which everyone else is, but I do not think 3 stars was indicated, I am also sorry that I could not grant you a refund because you left early due to emergency.

Place was nice, but missing items
Publié le 12 août 2024 sur HomeAwayI book the home for my family of 6. The property was clean and location was lovely. The host was not very helpful when I asked for help. the AC was not working, there was no wash cloths and towels finally the futon had no spare sheets. I had to buy and sheets and towels for the night. I return the key after check out time because my family had difficulty opening and closing the lockbox. The host tried to charge me for lost key an hour after I place the keys back. I even confirmed with the hosts helper that the house was clean and ready for another stay. I wouldn’t stay here again just due to lack hospitality from the host and the lack of necessity such as towels.

The guest is cheap took advantage of my hospitality, did not book and PAY for the right amounts of guests but wants to complaint once I asked her to pay extra after she stayed three hours past her time and did not pay and left my place a mess. Nor did she return my keys and I had to make new ones. The next guest was severely inconvenienced . Sarah did not even stay here her family did which is against the rules especially when you do not disclose it ahead of time . Sarah is not welcome back. Sarah you should be ashamed of your self.!

Blakey Family Reunion Trip
Publié le 17 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayStaying at AJ's place was at a clean, and safe environment. The house was about 20 minutes from the airport and in the midst of a quiet neighborhood. This (3) bedroom house was close to restaurants, the downtown area and the river front.
The beds were comfortable, and all the bedrooms were neatly furnished. Consequently, we slept very peacefully during our 3-night stay.
The wide screen TVs worked perfectly, and the shower was very relaxing. We will definitely stay here if we visit Syracuse again. I do recommend Funk and Waffles in the downtown area for breakfast. They have great food there.

This house is amazing! The inside is huge and everything was very clean and organized. There is a washer/dryer combo, the fanciest shower I've ever seen, comfy beds, a beautiful kitchen, and plenty of space to hang out. The only very very minor downside was that the bathtub drain didn't close all the way, so taking a bath was difficult. Other than that, we loved everything. If we ever need a place to stay in Syracuse again, we will definitely be booking this one!
