Dear Sir, was nice to host you. We're glad you appreciate our position, cleanliness and calm.
As for the check-in we remember that you had to do the self check-in only because you arrived after closing time. Anyway we accepted and we helped you, we did a small mistake on typing you the code, that we corrected in 10 minutes. Sorry, but we'are humans :-) Best Regards
