Nous avons arrivées à 20:00, nous n'avons pas eu le temps de visiter et départ à 7:00 lendemain, un seul désagrément a été d'entendre crier le voisin de chambre et les entendre parler comme s'ils étaient dans notre chambre .

We do apologize for the inconvenience that you had to go through with the next-door, me as general manager I researched the issue and spoke to the guest on the next door. and was resolved with them. i apologize to you again. Je me suis foulée la cheville dans le stationnement de l’hôtel sur une plaque de glace. La réceptionniste m’a donné une canne pour m’aider dans mes déplacements et a même offert d’appeler l’ambulance. L’hôtel était très propre et le lit confortable. Seul point faible: les oreillers trop épais.

Dear Marie.... I sincerely apologize to you for this incident that you were exposed to, and truly from bottom of my heart I wish you recovery. We were extremely worried about what happened to you, and I truly wished that you accept my help to take you to the hospital on that day, and i thank you for your kindness and generosity of your kind words about your stay with us. You are a dear and valued guest for us. I took your note of the pillow into consideration. Thank you very much again, and we look forward to seeing you again.
