A really wonderful property, 15 minutes from Syracuse, that offers everything you could want in a relaxing, peaceful atmosphere with incredible attentive staff that make the stay feel truly 5-star. I'd highly recommend, and would love to return.

Posted Jun. 5, 2024 on HotelsHad a wonderful stay. Pool was lovely. Staff was excellent, very helpful. Secure grounds. Would definitely stay again. A small bench or chair in the bathroom would be nice. A gem!

We had a lovely stay at the property - the staff were super friendly and extremely helpful! We were celebrating our 25th anniversary and the hotel really went out of their way to ensure our stay felt special! It was a great base to explore Noto, Modica and Ragusa. The only downside is you need a car as there’s nothing within walking distance of the hotel.

Very poor menu food.
Property needs updating.
No golf course near as advertised.
No shuttle bus to a beach as advertised.

Great hotel, clean and very friendly staff. Internet was patchy and didn’t work in certain areas. To use the spa, there was an extra charge, so I think that should be disclaimed somewhere. Breakfast could have more fruits and fresh juices. Staff was incredibly friendly and lovely, pool area also could have stayed open until a bit later, specially during the warm summer nights.
