It had many amenities of which I didn't even use for the one night stay but I would highly recommend it for anyone staying in town. It was within walking distance of restaurants and highlights of Auburn. The only thing that bothered me a little bit was the toilet was VERY low, lower than the height of the bathtub top and the bed was much softer than I'm used to but I am 67 with a bad back. Even so, I enjoyed my stay and would go there again.

Property is well maintained and close to food and shopping. Only issue was the down comforter and pillows. My son and I are allergic to down. Walmart was close enough to buy our own plllows and blankets.

It’s almost impossible to get a hold of somebody via the phone to make a reservation so book online. However, the facility itself is clean and comfortable, breakfast was good and I would stay again (I came in for an event and missed out on the group rate as nobody EVER answered the phone after calling 5 days straight at various times…about 30 calls in total). Once in person, the front desk and other facility staff were wonderful, just nobody answers the phone!

Room was reasonablly nice, clean but was expensive for what it was worth, took advantage of Syracuse Family weekend, 45 min from University. So if overcharging $700 for 2 nights, at least provide water bottles!

Great staff, traveling solo by motorcycle and was concerned about safety, they had me park it under the entrance canopy, and assured me it would be looked after. This was outstanding! My stay was great, will most definitely stay again when in the area. Highly recommend!
