Publié le 12 oct. 2021 sur HomeAwayEmplacement idéal, calme,propre, terrasse agréable avec un mobilier certes ayant « vécu ». Appartement idéal par beau temps car pas de pièce de vie et pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite.Pas de micro onde et peu de vaisselle donc restauration en extérieur à privilégier.Désagréable surprise les deux bouteilles de gaz vides donc pas d’eau chaude pour se doucher. Maintenance faite en 2h. Autant de temps perdu à ne pas visiter la ville… pas de compensation pour le désagrément.

We are truly sorry for the gas inconvenience, but as you state in the review, the maintenance was done within 2 hours, which was the first available slot our maintenance team had to come and fix the issue.

We were only provided one set of keys which does not work for 4 adults. We requested another set to no avail.

Terrible check-in process
Publié le 30 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayAbsolute disaster, NO Wi-Fi, and no mobile phone reception in the house. Could not make calls or receive inside house. Required to go up on the terrace or down the st.
Check in process was terrible,,,,, NEVER AGAIN

Publié le 5 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayCasa che sembra appena ristrutturata letti comodissimo posizione fantastica terrazze sui tetti. Non la consiglio ha chi ha problemi con le scale a tutti gli altri la consiglio molto.

Holiday in Siracusa

Our stay in Siracusa

We are sorry to hear you weren't satisfied with its general conditions and we would like to underline that we gave you a partial refund for the discomfort. The apartment has been recently renovated though, so the air of neglect you mentioned could be related to the walls with exposed stones, which are typical of the houses in Ortigia.
We hope to host you again in our beautiful apartments in order to make you change your mind about our service.

Great location no living room
