This was the second time that my wife and I stayed at this beautiful and stunning hotel!
The service and the on site staff made our visit amazing!
I love the downtown Marriott and Syracuse!
Thanks to everyone who made our experience so memorable and leaving us with the hope to return back to this enchanted treasure!

Excellent hotel but parking is an issue, especially for handicap person with modified car to allow transportation

Room was noisy-banging doors, barking dog nearby, could hear thumping of music from event above (it stopped on time, thankfully). Felt gloomy and got a dark room with little views.
