On the premises of Hanza Tower there are many facilities for guests, such as a representative lobby with a reception desk, a sauna and a swimming pool. In the immediate vicinity there are many attractions for lovers of art and culture. The Mieczysław Karłowicz Philharmonic Hall is 1.1 km away, the Polish Theatre is 1.4 km away and in summer the city invites you to the Summer Theatre in Jan Kasprowicz Park (2 km). Szczecin is rich in many tourist attractions. Among the most popular are the Chrobry Embankment (1.4 km), the Old Town (1.5 km) and the Pomeranian Dukes' Castle (1.5 km). The surrounding area also abounds with many restaurants serving delicious dishes, as well as cafés offering aromatic coffee. Just around the corner is the Restaurant in the Dana Hotel, and 750 m away is the "Świtiaź" Café. On warm days, the balcony with provided chairs and a table will be the ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee. The living room is the perfect space to relax and, thanks to the sofa bed, a place to sleep for one person. The fully landscaped, comfortable bedroom with a double bed is the perfect place to unwind after a busy day. Evening entertainment is provided by multimedia, such as a flat-screen Tv, as well as free Wi-Fi access. An additional asset of the flat is the washing machine, which will increase comfort during longer stays. On hot days, pleasant cooling will be provided by air conditioning.
