The Garden is perfect
but the Pool needs an update

Evenings have been somewhat loud (kids, infants, screaming parents, slamming doors). My apartment was over the street and śmietnik. Could smell it depending on the direction of the wind

Long time for check in

We sincerely regret that the problem was on our side, however, sometimes it happens that reservations do not reach us. However, it is not the human factor, but more technical. If you booked through a third-party website like hotel.com, it may also be helpful to have a confirmation email or booking number on hand to present to the staff. Additionally, it's always a good idea to confirm your reservation with the hotel directly prior to your arrival, to ensure that everything is in order and to avoid any potential misunderstandings. Hopefully, the hotel staff were able to resolve the issue and make your stay more enjoyable.We would like to inform you that check in time is 4pm. You were checked in at 15.00, so you were served faster than Guests who had to wait until 16.00. For this reason, we cannot agree that you waited a long time to check into the apartment. Please check the hotel/resort information before your arrival ;)Thank you very much for your stay and we hope that you will visit us again.

The property is beautiful but located on the remote area in far distance to the city. The swimming pool is too little for this big complex . So to resolve the problem they are limiting hours that you can stay on the pool and you need to sign up to use the pool as early as possible. They limited 30 people only. The swimming pool staff closes the pool before the end of the open hours even the pool is full of the guests. The restaurant after breakfast has very very limited menu choices.If you don’t have a car you will be eating pizza and sandwiches. The drinks also are very very limited.The customer service is poor. They don’t like to respond to any request or suggestions. The staff is very rude including property manager. We voice our complaints about restaurant and pool staff to property manager. As a response the property manager asked the restaurant staff not to serve us anything in restaurant. What’s horrible customer service. Before you you use the property check polish sites for review.
