Booked room was changed to another room saying firmer rmnnot available anymore. Dont how that happened?. The kicker is we were charged extra bed coz the rm they gave us is smaller.

Then when checking out was charged adfitional1200 ph. For extra bed. When they give us smaller rm. Instead of the bigger booked room

we always have a great stay when we stay at the Rosvenil. It has become our reliable and go to place to stay when in Tacloban.
The rooms are comfortable and clean, the restaurant has great food with generous portions and the staff in the hotel and the restaurant always treat us well.
you are sure to have a great stay here.
