I liked how clean the hotel is. I loved the staff. They were so helpful and polite. I like the breakfast and coffee shop. I loved the coffee shop variety of sweets. I would definitely return to this hotel and definitely recommend it.

Our room was very hot, the air condition was not keeping up with the heat outside. It was working but it wasn't emitting cool air. One of the rooms that we got started leaking and it smells gross. There was only 1 bathroom tissue and when we ask for more supplies, some they did provide what we requested but in other rooms for our other parties they did not get what they asked. The hotel in in dire need of needed maintainance.

First impression, we were able to check-in early with extra charge, but not much cost. Love their decoration motives, it's vintage. Second night and mattress pad has been changed, I woke the following day with tick bites on my back. That evening, we transferred to another room and I appreciate that. Since no gym room, I did the exercise in the room without socks or no shoes. I know the floor always dirty. After exercise, my feet was dark and dirty. It seems the floor never clean or mop. The towel holder wasn't sturdy and keeps falling off. Some food was too salty.
