Front desk staff was unprofessional, rude and lazy. No clock in the room, broke toilet and the room smelled like smoke.

Room wasn’t ready at check in time . I sat in the parking lot waiting for her to finish but a staff member redirected her to another room . It was supposed to be a non- smoking room . I’ve never smoked so it was pretty obvious it wasn’t .Need new pillows they don’t fit the bed .

Perfect stay but did not get service in our room……had to go looking for coffee pods on day 2 and asked about a couple more towels on the 2nd day but never did get them. BUT…….Stephanie, in the breakfast room was AMAZING!! Friendly, helpful, caring!!!! She’s amazing!!

Let’s be fair here.

I was told I have to pay a deposit of 100 and I did not have a card with me and was being told I cannot stay in the hotel..and I had already paid the hotel fee for a night..this is embarrassing..you would have charged that or put a card on file

Spider webs everywhere along with an enormous spider in the corner. Largest spider I’ve ever seen in the Pacific Northwest. Every lamp, coiling corner and door frame was full of webs.
