I checked in the hotel at 4pm per policy, although the only problem was that my room was not ready, I had to wait an additional 45 minutes.

Publié le 17 sept. 2024 sur HotelsCheck in was a little rough. We arrived at check in around 8pm and I was told I reservation (when she finally found it) had been cancelled. She couldn’t tell me why, or who cancelled it. It took about 20 minutes to get things figured out and she was able to reinstate our reservation. The room was fine, not quite as spacious as I expected based on description but it worked for us. The tiny tiny bathroom was a little disappointing with 6 people in our room but we managed. The breakfast downstairs was 10/10. And the kids loved the pool however the hot tub was not working which was disappointing to my husband and I. The hotel could really use some updating but all and all it was a good place to stay.
