The hotel was incredibly clean and neat! Front desk was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was a well rounded meal. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone coming to the Tacoma area.

Clean room, good sleep, but had a noisy toilet that took a really long time to settle. Always appreciate the breakfast options provided.

I was surprised that in the handicap room there were no bath mats for the tub. The hotel said that there didn't have any. To me that is a Hazzard especially since there's no bars in the tub either. We went and bought one so i wouldn't fall.

Everything was nice, but the pool was really dirty, smelled very strong of chlorine and shouldn’t if the pool chemicals are balanced properly. It was cloudy and smelly and we wouldn’t let our three children swim in it. We are swim teachers at our local YMCA and know why this pool looked the way it did. For a new facility you need better pool care and maintenance training.

We have stayed at this property several times. It has easy access to I 5, and there are dining options nearby and it’s always clean and comfortable.

The hotel itself is fantastic for the price. The room was clean, bed was soft, bathroom was excellent. The free breakfast was great too! The area around the hotel is not a great part of town. That's the only issue, and that's not really the fault of the hotel!
