Staff was great, building and room were clean and comfortable. Elevator was out of service. The neighborhood isn’t good but I appreciated that it’s close to the train.

The parking is in a locked garage which is safe, but not convenient.

The staff was very nice. Getting around between stairwells and elevators was rough as there are only 2 elevators and one was down. Other than that, it was clean and comfortable.

Broken AC unit and wall panel was unscrewed causing a hazard. When I asked the front desk if they were aware of the condition of the bedroom the person got defensive and rude. There were no toiletries either.

The toilets are way to short in our room310 the faucet was hard to turn on water felt like we were going to break it . Beds are like bricks may want to consider nicer mattresses.

Had to have to toilet fixed the first day, didn’t flush. The shower/tub literally took 3 hours to drain after a shower. Non of the sockets would hold a plug. Food leftovers from previous stays.

Not what it used to be
Publié le 8 août 2024 sur HotelsHaven’t stayed here in a couple years. Noticeable differences was that breakfast is now served in a brown bag of unhealthy food and there’s no more EV charging available. Hopefully, they’re able to bring those back when they remodel.
