It sounded like they were doing construction all night including loud music at 2:30am
The man at the desk was rude
He didn’t tell us about breakfast
If we weren’t so tired and had already paid we would have walked out
And the bed was uncomfortable
Literally the worst hotel I can remember

We are very sorry to hear about your experience, we do have quiet hours and would have enforced them better if we had been informed they were being disregarded. We will work on retraining staff so they are better informed and have better customer service.

Ran out of toilet paper went to the office to get more and was given a quarter roll!! Rude. Vending machine practically empty, couldn’t get more towels. Sirens every night, slamming of doors and people fighting in close by room.

We are very sorry that you were not offered a full roll of toilet paper, that should not have happened. We do have a request for the vending to be refilled and are sorry that it hadn't been filled while you were here. We ask that guests be mindful of the noise and would have gladly spoke to any rooms that seemed to be making an excessive amount of noise.

Very Rude and unprofessional staff . Very confrontational. Rooms smells or cigarettes and mold. checked out after 1 night . They have no idea what they are doing . Would not stay here or recommend anyone else who is sane to stay here .

Disappointed Stay
Publié le 5 août 2024 sur HotelsI have stayed at this hotel a few times before. I knew what I was getting into. Generally it is clean. The property is not kept up as good as it should be, but for the most part clean.
This particular stay, I stayed for two nights. The front desk staff was a little rude, but I chalked that up to a little language barrier. On the way to the room, it smelled a lot like pee outside the room. The door appeared to have pry marks. Once in the room there was not the safety lock on the door, the smoke detector was chirping from a dead battery and there was no remote in the room. I went back to the front desk, he said he would be there in 10 mins to fix the smoke detector. Over an hour later, I went back to the front desk. He finally came to the room with a remote and the wrong size batteries. The remote ended up not working and he merely removed the batteries from the smoke detector and put it back in. The chirping stopped while he was in the room. He said he was going to come back with a new working remote, but never did. The chirping started back up again at about 5 am. The next evening when returning to the room, my key did not work. I went back to the front desk to report all the things over again and get a new key. The key was fixed, he said she was going to come fix the smoke detector (never did) and didn’t know where the new remote was. I also asked for more towels, which he did not have. Bad experience and no offer of compensation.

We are working through some staffing issues and working hard to train our new employees on how to best handle the different types of situations they will come across. We are sorry we were not able to make your stay a better one.
