Checking in was an absolute breeze in spite of the global IT outage. Staff was awesome! While staying at this location, the person in charge of the breakfast area ordered me to get shoes. I don't wear footwear of any kind for health, faith, and safety reasons which are legally protected by Washington State and Federal laws. The staff member persisted that it was for "safety" and in doing so admitted that the team was negligent in their floor care duties, and then told me she would get the manager to explain. I stuck around for a bit before returning to my room, but the manager never came, and I never saw the staff member on subsequent trips to the free breakfast. That was the only negative interaction in my entire stay. Checkout staff was awesome, and no one else ordered me to put on shoes that I don't and won't own as my health and faith needs require. Could have been a perfect score, but that pushy interaction ruined it.
