I was charged a $ 100.00 incidental Deposit in case I bought something from the Hotel displayed goodies i.e. popcorn Soda or mac & cheese them I was told of $8.00 a night parking fee that was waved because the Pool was not working. The Hotel had 3 athletic teams booked for Friday Night and Saturday night these team ranged from the age of 7 to 13, with very little adult super vision.
After being out all day Saturday returned to find a stack of 15 pizza boxes in the lobby eating area and kid running all over the place. When we went up to our room for the about 8:00 pm we found 8 to 10 kids sitting on the floor block the hallway at the next set of room doors beyond our room. There was noise and running the hall until 2:00an. this morning kids all over the place with overstuffed backpacks on moving thought the breakfast area with no regards for what or who they bumped in too. Leaving messy table not cleaning up leaving a mess by the waffle irons leaving the empty batter cup in front of the waffle Irons, not to mention the kids stuffing there backpack full of fruit for their ride home. when I checked out I was not given a receipt for my stay or a slip showing the return of my $100.00 incidental FEE. NOT A HAAPY CUSTOMER. We have stayed at the Hampton in Roseburg Oregon in the past and were treated very will, even when we needed to stay an extra night because my wife good Food poisoning, the staff was more than accommodating bring extra, and garbage can Linners to G can

Clean and very nice breakfast buffet.

The check in was quick and easy. The front desk staff was very nice. The hot tub was my favorite.

The room smelled like cigaret , there was trash under the sofa and the bathroom fan did not work. The rooms do not get serviced and some towels had stains (lip stick). The pool area is not managed. There was a pizza party at the pool with rowdy people

The Hotel itself was great but the first night I stayed my car window was smashed and everything stolen. It is clearly a common problem there because the hotel has signs all over their parking lot that say they are not responsible. No cameras facing lot only the entrance. So it is a free for all. I highly recommend the hotel place cameras all over the parking lot. Most expensive stay ever! I am disappointed. I felt the hotel could have offered something as compensation.
