Property was fine for the rate but the beds suck, floors were kinda dirty and one of the pillow cases had a drop of what looked like blood on them. It was a little noisy but nothing horrible. Over all, we had a decent stay and the staff was friendly.

Night desk lady was super sweet.
The room offered a fridge and stove top but no plates, cups, pots, or pans. They did not have coffee in the room. They didn't even have paper cups to heat water in the microwave.
The floors were dirty, the sheets and top cover appeared clean but the mattress covers had huge (pee?)stains on them. The mattresses have seen better days and had giant dips in them. We got up with back aches. The pillows were hard as rocks.
We didn't mind that it was a shower only, no tub. However, the shower dripped all night long. We finally put a towel under it. Also, it was a trick to figure out the right spot for hot water in the shower. The had soap but no shampoo or conditioner.
We couldn't get the light over the stove to turn off. It was not a restful night by any stretch.
This place was too expensive for the quality and lack of ammenities we received. To top it off they charged me a $100 cleaning fee that has not been returned as of yet. The front desk said I have to wait 3-5 business days for the "return to process".

Althou the staf was nice and the room was clean the room itself was outdated. There was NO chair to sit in to watch TV, the bed was very uncomfortable.

Bugs in the room, noisy people after hours, people (transients) sleeping in their cars and changing clothes in the parking lot. Homeless people allowed to walk around no security to keep them out, stated at the desk no animals allowed, but yet people were allowed dogs in their rooms. Non smoking room, but comforter had a burn hole in it. We had rooms changed with assurance that it would be quieter. It wasn’t any better. Wasn’t able to sleep well due to all the noise at night from people running around and talking loudly.
Very unpleasant experience!!

Check in and out were quick and easy. Room was clean but has that old building smell.

The only positives were the cost and the staff . The room smelled of mold. There was water under the laminate flooring in the bathroom and kitchen area. The mattress needs replacing. Even for the cost I'm not sure I would stay there again.
