It's a hotel trying to be fancy with glass artwork all over the place. This hotel is showing some wear. Carpet on the stairs is worn, elevator has damage to interior glass artwork, missing handrail on another elevator. They don't have secure parking, you have to stairs when the lower lot is full. They charge for parking depending on your reservation. The room I had was nice, except I next to the elevator and I could hear it in the morning. This hotel doesn't have a pool. The bar was nice , I got a complimentary drink from the hotel.

Everything was great except for the elevator. I had to wait most of the time, sometimes 15-20 minutes for an elevator to stop on my floor. I was on the 9th floor and the steps were not an option when we had to use a luggage cart to get down to the lobby.

Very nice room. The information page states "parking is available". When we entered the parking garage, noticed there is a fee for parking. Hotels.com should note that in the info page.

Beds were super comfortable. TV was small and didn’t work. Little dirty at area under tv. Staff that checked us in was not very hospitable at all. The one in the morning for check out was great though
