I have stayed at Hotel Murano a few times last year it has been my go to spending time with loved ones. Convenient location walking and driving out to the freeway. Comfortable bed and linens. Cleanliness just needs improvement.

When checking in the concierge was not friendly or helpful. We were not told we would be charged for parking upon checking in( we then found out 2 days later when it showed as a charge to our account.) The room seemed like it needed maintenance, curtains torn and the shower head was barely attached and I had to retighten it so it didn’t spray sideways and over the curtain.

0 The sheets were not cleaned and had stains. We could not get anybody at the front desk to answer. Ever!!! Thank goodness I brought I brought extra blanket. There was blood on the back of the bathroom door. There was some sort of water leak at some point by the window. With a whole bunch of paint peeling off the ceiling that's falling onto the window sill. This room was not clean. And I'm so disappointed that I could not get anybody at the front desk to assist last night. I will never stay at this establishment again. Also want to mention when I was in line checking out. Several customers had similar complaints as well. Oh, and don't get me started on the “free” breakfast that was already ran through by 7 AM and it was completely filthy in there. Your hotel is supposed to be a high-end hotel. I would like this message passed on to the manager over the whole hotel. This completely ruined mine and my husband’s New Year’s and anniversary.
