Great getaway
Publié le 18 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayMy 2 sisters and i booked this cabin as a fall foliage getaway and were not disappointed!! The Bear Den Cottage was very clean and well kept, beautifully decorated and a comfortable stay!! We will DEFINATELY plan a trip to stay next use!!!

Relax to the max

Close to lake
Publié le 30 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayHouse was quiet nice little piece of property road was rough but there were big rain storms before we arrived. Houses around the property vacant very run down. Overall nice little house to hang out have a fire and be with a couple close friends. We mostly were on the lake fishing in our boat

The storm over the weekend dumped a ton of water and the road has been repaired although a few bumps still exist since it’s the nature of the dirt road. Family trip
Publié le 15 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayContacting Steve is easy, the only thing I will suggest is that they need to get new mattresses (my back still hurt from that), and they need to get those mice’s out of the house, other than that is a nice place to stay.

Thanks for staying Jose. It’s the first I’m hearing of either issue from a guest as normally they compliment the softer mattresses and guests staying after you did not bring this to my attention. Thank you for bringing it to my attention post stay so I can continue to make the cottage more comfortable. Steve

Very clean and quiet retreat
Publié le 14 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwaySteve’s place is incredibly clean and well maintained, inside and outside. The woods surrounding the house are quiet and pretty. Games and Netflix made my kids happy. Great coffee machine and accommodations pleased the adults! Will definitely return!

Cozy layover
Publié le 21 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayMy wife and I stayed here for 1 night. We didn’t get to fully enjoy the place because of having limited time. However, the time that we did have there was very enjoyable. The house was very nice, quaint, cozy, and comfortable. Steve was very accommodating with enabling us to check in early. We would definitely stay here again.
