Welcome to our beloved family home away from home! My wife and I are experienced hosts, with multiple vacation homes. Making sure you have a perfect stay is our number one goal :)

About the home:
This is a one of a kind LINDAL CEDAR HOME, an open layout, 16 foot cathedral ceilings with floor to ceiling windows.

Inside the home:
- We are setup to accommodate 4+ families with children in comfort
- The main floor is a large open space perfect to spread out and mingle
- A/C inside the home
- For small children we have a crib, a changing table, a high chair and a booster seat, plus all sorts of toys and a swing-slide set in the garden.
- Large game room with air hockey, foosball and shuffleboard *will keep the kids busy
- 2x Large 65" smart TV's, Disney +, Netflix, HBO MAX, Amazon Prime, NBC, CBS, etc. included.
- Large kitchen
- 6 person Finnish SAUNA
- 3 Person Jacuzzi

- Private 24' x 12' heated pool available from end of April to October
- 2 Firepit areas
- Driveway that fits up to 7 cars

To do in the area: day activities
By far the best part is the location.

Water-sports on Lake Wallenpaupack - 8 minute drive from the house.
There are 5 marinas who will rent you a Pontoon, or speedboat.
Wallenpaupack is a huge 17 mile lake where you can tube, waterski, fish or
just cruise around.

Beach on Promised Land State Park - 5 minute drive from the house, has a great beach and park with facilities, food and grills. You can spend the entire day outside swimming or playing .

Claws & Paws Animal Park - 20 minute drive. Well populated with exotic animals, our kids love it!

Costas Amusement Park - 15 minute drive. Water slides, laser tag, mini golf and bumper cars .

Tennis & Handball courts - 1 mile away, has a large pavilion with tables for events.

Hiking - tons of awesome hikes in the area, we will provide recommendations with maps.

Skytop - 15 minute drive, Golf, treetop repelling, paintball, axe throwing, shooting range, archery, kayaks

Kalahari Indoor Park - 40 minutes away

Aquatopia Outdoor Waterpark - 49 minutes away

Mt. Airy Casino - 36 minutes away

Great experience!
The property was clean and comfortable, the games in the basement were a hit with the teens and the extra large dining table was perfect for our group of 8. Tina and Boris we very communicative and helpful. They allowed us to check in early and gave tips on the area. We skied at Shawnee mountain which was about 40 minutes away. We would definitely visit the property again.

A great getaway for a large group
This is a great property for large groups to spend a long weekend together. There is plenty of space for folks to spread out, and enjoy the many amenities of the house such as the hammocks outside, sauna, pool, and jacuzzi. Tina was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. I definitely recommend!

Family Vacation
Our family has always vacationed at the Jersey Shore and for the very first time decided to try a lake vacation! We are sure glad we did and this was the perfect place for our family of 14. The home is beautiful, extremely clean, and in a location close to shopping and attractions. Tina and Boris provided tons of information to help us enjoy our stay. The Lake Wallenpaupack area is a great poconos trip for the family and this house was the perfect starting point. It had lots of room for our big group and was perfectly situated between Lake Wallenpaupack and the Promised Land state park. Two-family weekend getaway
Great house. Plenty of room for two families (nine people). Everything as advertised, very clean, and the host communication was EXCELLENT. Full details on how everything operates given in advance and provided easy reference. Minor questions were responded to immediately. We rent frequently, and this makes for a very stress-free weekend. Comfortable beds, including rollaways that were utilized by the teens who commandeered the lower floor with the game tables and big comfy couch. Enjoyed pool, fire pit, bbq, and nearby hiking. Enough towels, but if you are larger crew who is going to swim a lot you may want to bring a few of your own.

Beautiful Bachelorette Weekend
My cousin got married and wanted to do a Poconos getaway the weekend prior. Once I came across this listing, I was sure that I didn't need to look anymore. All of the girls loved this mountain chateau, and with 9 of us, there was plenty of space, beds and activities to ensure everyone's comfort and enjoyment. The outdoor pool area was the focal point of the stay; since it was still a bit chilly mid-May, we opted to have the pool heated - what a fortuitous decision, as it was somewhat overcast all weekend, but since the pool was heated, we spent a lot of time floating and chatting! The kitchen is very fully stocked with a myriad of spices and cookware, as well as a plethora of dishware; the Keurig was also super convenient. Having the hot tub was key for when we wanted to warm up from our swim and the sauna was an added bonus! The setting was off a 2-lane road but there were zero noise issues; I loved how quiet it was in the morning to listen to the local bird population, and the utter stillness at night was a nice way to get a great night's sleep in very cozy beds. We are already considering our next booking with Tina and Boris, as they were great communicators and fabulous hosts! Many thanks for the use of their home on such a special weekend!

Fantastic Weekend Getaway
What you see is what you get with this beautiful home/property. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to cook your meals. The house is spacious and extremely clean with quality everything. Beds were very comfortable and the house still felt cozy but spacious all at once which is what we were looking for. We had a great time, the kitchen is impressively stocked with everything a cook could need. That was great as we make several large meal. The game room is really cool and the house is very clean. Beds were comfortable and a spacious open living room. Also we had dinner the sun room with the wood stove fired up, that was really nice at night. Highly recommended!

Great for families!
The first floor accommodated our family perfectly! The living room and fireplace were nice and the dining table could seat everyone with room to spare! We had 3 generations here - my parents and my kids and grandchildren and the kids loved the basement play room with the toys and jacuzzi tub! We used the outdoor pool in November and that was a real treat ! The kitchen has everything you need to cook for everyone! The managers of the property responded to questions asap and they were very nice to work with. We would stay here again!!!
