They didnt have our 2nd room in their system even though i showed them my email with all the details.......sooooo slow, took 30 mins to get both rooms

Property was in a strange location, a parking lot. There’s a huge hole in the pavement right as you begin to leave or enter their parking lot. First day there was no hot water. The bathroom on the ground level was out of order from the time we got there to the time we left. I thought the price was a bit much, until I heard about the Tru hotel just up the road. There was a problem with my reservations, however the manager/clerk took care of that, but not at first! You can hear the traffic from the highway on the frontside of building.

Not the best night sleep

Rooms had old carpet, there was mold on the bathroom ceiling, the hallway on the ground floor had carpet and every so often you would step into a spot where it dipped down (like the concrete underneath had a hole) The door wouldnt lock tight. Parking is very tight. The rooms are not sound proof so you hear the people above you walking and the we heard the people next to ours talking all night. The breakfast was a good standard breakfast. We tried this hotel 2 times now because it is cheaper then the others. Wont do it a 3rd time, not even to save a few dollars
